The Nominating Committee Chair, the Past President, confers with the two most-recently-serving-while-still-active Past Presidents to prepare a slate of nominees for the consideration of Executive; upon Executive approval of the slate, the Chair oversees email voting by Members, for President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Editor, Statistician, and Historian
