Mission
Serve as a multi-faceted mechanism for maintaining effective communications among AASG members, associates, and honoraries and between AASG and our stakeholders. Increase the effectiveness of AASG by improving communications, expanding the impact of AASG activities, and enhancing our ability to achieve our goals.
Membership Rules
Members are appointed by the AASG President. The Chair will be a sitting State Geologist, appointed by the AASG President. The AASG President may appoint an Honorary Member to co-chair the Committee. The chair may create subcommittees to act on specific tasks.
Goals
Consider, recommend and implement at least one new way to improve communication of key information among active state geologists and between actives and honorary members.
